The Y Knots Block
The Y Knots Block is one of the newest additions to the Sew Inspired 3-6-9 and 2-4-6 Design System™ and includes three templates. You can buy the Y Knots upgrade 2 piece kit if you already own the Winding Curve Templates, as it uses the same small 1/4 circle piece from the Winding Curve Design kit (WC piece C 0r #7). Combined with our traditional templates, the Y Knots templates make fun and interesting blocks.
The Y Knots templates will come out perfect every time because they incorporate the ™Sew Inspired “Fudge Factor” which gives you the little extra around the edge of your blocks that you need when you are making a curved pieced blocks. Now your blocks will always be a little to big rather than too small so you can trim your finished block up perfectly using the Sew Inspired Square-it Tool, making all of your blocks match up exactly for a perfect quilt!
